We are looking for a friendly person for the position of supervisor in a sheltered workshop operation who has experience managing a team of approximately 15 employees. You will be responsible for organizing work and leading a team of employees with disabilities, while also participating in workshop operations. Employees perform simple manual assembly work and product completion. Working hours: Monday–Friday, single shift. We require technical thinking, attention to detail, independence, and communication skills with employees. Due to the nature of the work, this position is more suitable for men. Depending on the employee's needs and availability, reduced hours of 6 to 8 hours per day can be negotiated.
