Manufacturing Production Supervisor (M/F)

Required Profile: + Excellent understanding of technical documentation + Previous experience leading people in manufacturing or natural aptitude for team leadership + Organizational skills, independence, and responsible approach + Ability to handle operational situations with calm and good judgment + English language knowledge is an advantage (communication within an international company) + Technical vocational or secondary school education + Experience with TIG welding (ideally with stainless materials) is a plus Prerequisite: Native-level Czech language proficiency!!!
