Production Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and oversee the assigned production section - CNC. • Assign work and ensure responsibility for meeting production deadlines. • Supervise fulfillment of production orders in terms of set schedules and quality. • Oversee maintenance operations and ensure production facility operability. • Monitor and control adherence to work procedures. • Generate production orders according to the production plan and production manager instructions. • Lead, coordinate, motivate, and evaluate subordinate staff. • Work with ERP system. REQUIREMENTS: • Secondary education with a focus on mechanical engineering. • Experience managing teams in job shop and batch production. • Knowledge of technical and engineering drawings. • Proficiency with ERP systems. • Organizational skills. • Ability to communicate effectively.
