Our team is growing steadily, and we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Production Master—a key role that ensures efficient production operations, assembly of hospital tables, leads a team of 15 people, and supports our team toward further development. Start date by agreement. Job Responsibilities " leadership, motivation, and organization of work for an assigned team of 15 people " planning and coordination of production according to production plans and orders - assembly of hospital tables " oversight of compliance with technological procedures, manufacturing standards, and occupational safety and health (BOZP) " quick resolution of technical problems and exceptional situations " quality control of production and responsibility for team results " administrative tasks related to work timesheets and monitoring of standard compliance " active participation in process improvement and increasing production efficiency Requirements " technical understanding and ability to read technical documentation " experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate people " independence, responsibility, and decisiveness in problem-solving " knowledge of quality management and occupational safety and health (BOZP) principles We Offer " full-time employment with a family-owned Czech company " stable and long-term employment with a clear vision " opportunities for professional growth and implementation of your own ideas " fair approach and support from management " friendly team and small-company atmosphere " single-shift operation - working hours from 6:00 to 14:30 " meal allowance of 80 Kč/day " mobile phone
