Production Supervisor - Welding and Machining (Svařovna and obrobna)

We are a stable, purely Czech-based engineering company in the Trutnov district with approximately 90 employees. We have a modern technological park ranging from laser cutting, CNC machining, to our own paint shops. We pride ourselves on systematic planning and fair treatment of people. We are looking for an organizationally capable colleague for the position of Production Supervisor who will not just "put out operational fires" but will be a true manager of their department. For direct supervision on the shop floor, you'll have 2 experienced partners at your disposal, and a dedicated material handler for logistics. Your task will be to free up your hands for organization, efficiency, and working with data in our information system. What will your responsibilities include? " Organization and Management: You will lead the welding department (approx. 14 people) and the machining department (approx. 7 people) through your two partners. " Working with Planning: We manage production systematically. Your task will be to break down and execute the production plan in our IS in clear bi-weekly cycles. " Efficiency and Logistics: Coordinating material flow (assigning tasks to the handler) so that workstations run smoothly and machines don't idle. " Quality and Standards: Oversight of technological procedures and quality standards. " Collaboration and Reporting: You will be a key partner to our Production Manager, with whom you will daily coordinate capacities and goal achievement. What do we expect from you? " Technical Foundation: Technical education and experience in a similar supervisory position in engineering. " Craft Knowledge: Ability to read technical drawings (welding and machining should not be a mystery to you). " Digital Thinking: User experience working in ERP/information systems - you make decisions based on data and deadlines. " Managerial Skills: Natural authority, ability to delegate tasks to your partners, and motivate your team toward results and quality. What do we offer you?
