Shift Supervisor

Description:

We expect: minimum vocational education (ÚSO, ÚSV); advanced MS Office skills; basic knowledge of production systems, directives and regulations; flexibility and proactive approach; health fitness; teamwork and employee motivation; 2 years in a similar position in the food industry is advantageous; basic knowledge of HACCP is advantageous. Job responsibilities: leading personnel, organizing production shifts in coordination with other shifts; maintaining attendance records and shift reports; ensuring safe and smooth production operations; responsibility for quality production within required timeframes; monitoring compliance with hygiene and quality standards; training new employees and enhancing qualifications of existing staff; proposing new work procedures; participation in regular production meetings and shift operations.
