Requirements: - Secondary education with maturita or vocational training in electrical field - Work experience in the field is a plus - Good understanding of technical documentation and ability to read electrical schematics - Organizational skills to lead a work team - Independence in work, attention to detail, responsibility. Job duties: - Leading a work team, organizing and managing work based on the established production plan - Production logistics, technical support for the team during manufacturing and quality control of finished products - Collaboration with the technical department.
