About the Position
We at Ohlssons are looking for an Environmental Worker/Sanitation Driver with a Category C driver's license for our waste management operation in Ekerö. In this role, you'll have a varied day in the field, doing meaningful work that contributes to a sustainable future.
Your main responsibilities will include collecting household waste according to planned routes using our rear-loading trucks (2-compartment, 3-compartment, and 4-compartment/residential vehicles). It's important that you are thorough to ensure all containers are emptied, and that you take responsibility for performing the work safely and securely. You are an important ambassador for Ohlssons where you interact with many customers, so it's important that you have a positive demeanor and enjoy providing excellent service.
We are looking for someone who has:
Category C driver's license.
Valid waste management certification (YKB).
Experience in the transport/driving profession; experience in the waste management industry is a merit.
Basic IT skills.
Good Swedish communication skills.
Local knowledge of the region is a merit.

This is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period. Work location: Ekerö.
