About the jobVerdis is responsible for waste collection in Nacka, with Nacka Vatten och Avfall as the client and collaboration partner. To strengthen the team, we are now looking for a dedicated and positive environmental worker with a C driver's license and YKB. As an environmental worker, you have a key role in the company. You are Verdis's face to the public and you become one of our everyday heroes who helps keep Nacka clean. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the waste management task is performed in accordance with the company's procedures and our client's requirements. You will work from our depot in Nacka and report to the local work supervisor. Your work tasks include, among other things: Collection and transport of waste with a side-loading garbage truck Management of vehicle computers and RFID equipment Deviation reporting Daily maintenance of vehicles and equipment Who are you?We are looking for someone with a C driver's license and YKB who speaks Swedish fluently in speech and writing. We see the following experience and knowledge as meriting: Experience driving heavy vehicles Knowledge of heavy vehicles Experience with some type of waste collection Local knowledge (Nacka) This position suits you if you thrive with active work at a fast pace and have good physical fitness.
