Our Operations IT at the Medical Products Agency consists of the Digitalization Unit (DIG) and the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and User Support Unit (CIA). The CIA unit is growing and we are looking for more colleagues who want to help develop the business. The unit currently consists of just over 40 dedicated employees who, together with DIG, take a comprehensive approach to the agency's digitalization. We work closely with our operations and deliver accessible, stable, and secure IT support that creates tangible value. We have a relatively large proportion of custom development, and our teams continuously develop both working methods, technology, and tools with a focus on quality, collaboration, and learning. Your Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced technician in Microsoft 365 who wants to work in a complex hybrid environment where core functions, including Exchange, are still on-premises. In your role as Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will drive the field forward yourself and collaborate with various teams. In your day-to-day work, you will investigate, examine, and implement new solutions. Identify deviations, risks, and misconfigurations in the platform, participate in ongoing projects, handle requests for new services, and act as an advisor. The work is both operational and strategic. You will solve problems in the moment as well as work proactively to develop and improve processes. In your work, you will create and further develop documentation and investigate how the Medical Products Agency can utilize current and future technologies. You have an important role in ensuring that the integration between on-premises and cloud services functions effectively and securely. Your Background We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in IT or equivalent competence through work experience, and: At least 3 years of relevant technical experience with M365 services from a larger organization Broad experience and technical competence from different parts of an IT operations organization Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 roadmap and the ability to proactively identify, investigate, and implement beneficial features Experience working proactively with security in M365 by identifying vulnerabilities and conducting security reviews Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) Experience leading projects of a technical nature Experience with PowerShell scripting Handling incidents and working with external vendors and stakeholders Experience with Entra ID and Azure areas Experience with tools or features such as: Microsoft Secure Score, Defender portal, Compliance Manager, Azure Advisor (security recommendations) Your Personal Qualities As a person, you have a proactive approach and a desire to develop and improve processes, solve problems, and document for yourself, your colleagues, and end-users. You enjoy working in a group with colleagues and being the leading technical expert in your field, but also function well in individual work. You have the ability to think both short-term and long-term and are passionate about delivering good results.
