Your next challenge At Nexer in Jönköping, we continue to strengthen our offering within Microsoft 365. We're now looking for an experienced consultant who wants to combine project management, advisory services, and change management to help our customers develop their digital workplaces. Our customers are in both the public and private sectors and are facing transformation journeys where collaboration, information management, and modern ways of working are becoming increasingly important. As a consultant, you'll be a strategic partner helping the organization turn needs into solutions that create real value. You'll lead projects and initiatives related to Microsoft 365 while serving as an advisor to both the business and IT. You'll become an important link between the business, IT organization, and technical specialists, helping customers turn needs into solutions that work both technically and operationally. Example assignments You may work with: Leading projects related to implementation, migration, or further development of Microsoft 365 Holding workshops and facilitating dialogues with the business and key users Driving change management and user adoption Providing advisory services on solutions within Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Supporting customers in developing working methods and utilizing Microsoft 365 effectively Coordinating work between the business, technical specialists, and delivery teams Contributing to pre-studies, roadmap work, and strategic initiatives within Microsoft 365 We believe that you Thrive in the space between business and technology. You enjoy creating structure, building trust, and helping customers succeed with their digital transformation journeys. We also believe you have: At least five years of experience with project management in an IT environment Experience with Microsoft 365, for example implementation, migration, or further development of the platform Experience managing projects from pre-study to implementation Experience working closely with the business and facilitating workshops, dialogues, and change work Experience providing advisory services to both business and IT We'd like to see experience with established project methods such as PPS, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar. Experience from the public sector is a plus. The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. This is an important prerequisite for succeeding in customer dialogues and working with the team. As a person You're experienced in creating structure in complex projects and feel comfortable in dialogue with both business and technical specialists. You build trust, drive work forward, and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details. At the same time, you appreciate collaboration with colleagues and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
