6. Job Duties:
6.1. Participate in organizing the educational process at Stanislavs Broks Daugavpils Music Secondary School (SBDMV) and ensure methodological guidance of the educational process;
6.2. Ensure methodological guidance in the implementation of the State Education Standard, educational programs, and subject curricula;
6.3. Participate in developing SBDMV's development plan and educational programs;
6.4. Research educational programs, teaching methodologies, educational resources, and other aspects of the educational process; develop suggestions for improving the educational process;
6.5. Provide recommendations to the SBDMV director regarding teacher performance evaluation;
6.6. Analyze and evaluate the educational process and its results; inform teachers, students, and their parents about them;
6.7. Consult with teachers, provide methodological assistance, and promote experience sharing;
6.8. Participate in preparing and organizing pedagogical council meetings;
6.9. Inform teachers about further education opportunities and organize professional development activities for teachers;
6.10. Promote teachers' work experience and motivate teachers for creative and research activities;
6.11. Develop and compile methodological materials to support the educational process;
6.12. Promote professional experience exchange among teachers by cooperating with other educational institutions and municipal and state institutions;
6.13. Provide methodological assistance to students' parents in accordance with their competence;
6.14. Plan own work and report the results of completed work to the SBDMV director in the prescribed manner;
6.15. Promote ensuring a safe, health-friendly, and psychologically supportive environment for implementing the educational process;
6.16. Ensure student safety and compliance with SBDMV internal regulations;
6.17. Immediately report to SBDMV management, law enforcement agencies, healthcare institutions, and child protection agencies about cases of emotional or physical violence against students at SBDMV or outside it;
6.18. Conduct self-analysis of own work;
6.19. Improve professional competence;
6.20. Comply with work procedures and ethical standards.

8. Responsibility
8.1. Responsible for compliance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Child Rights Protection Law, the Education Law, the Professional Education Law, the General Education Law, and other regulatory acts governing SBDMV activities;
8.2. Responsible for conscientious, qualitative, and timely performance of duties and work results;
8.3. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of information about students provided by SBDMV staff and parents;
8.4. Responsible for student safety, health, and creating a psychologically supportive environment at SBDMV;
8.5. Responsible for correct treatment of SBDMV employees, students, and their parents;
8.6. Responsible for decisions made and their consequences;
8.7. Responsible for timeliness, accuracy, and truthfulness of provided information;
8.8. Complies with SBDMV work procedure regulations and other internal regulatory act requirements;
