Read more at timra.se You will help the residents with personal care and perform medical tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse. You will work as a contact person and be responsible for establishing implementation plans based on the resident's right to user influence. You will also work to promote the resident's sense of security, participation, meaningfulness, and community. You will document regularly in our Life Care system to contribute to safe patient care. Qualifications You are trained in nursing care and have experience in elderly care, preferably also in dementia diseases. You are initiative-taking and independent but also understand the importance of cooperating and collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals.
