Meaningful Part-Time / Summer Job for Student

My name is Oskar and I'm 22 years old. I have around-the-clock assistance and am now looking for an additional part-time assistant. Last spring, I graduated from St Eriks gymnasium, the national gymnasium for people with mobility disabilities on Kungsholmen. I live on Lidingö together with my parents and siblings. I have cerebral palsy, which means I need help with everything such as getting dressed, using the toilet, tube feeding, communication, stretching, and more. I use several assistive devices such as a PEG tube, cough assist machine, ventilator, Immowalker, eye-controlled communication computer, and more—though you don't need to know how to use these beforehand, as you'll have the opportunity to learn. The following basic requirements apply to applicants: 1. Very high work ethic: I am completely dependent on my assistants for absolutely everything, so it's important that you always arrive on time and understand that this is an active and important job. 2. Good Swedish language skills: Although I mostly communicate through an eye-controlled computer, I occasionally need to use a manual letter board that you must be able to read. 3. Good physical condition: In several situations manual lifting is required (I weigh approximately 55 kg), so you need to be in good physical condition and I prefer a man around 20-40 years old. 4. Great commitment and empathy: You will be my extended arm in everything, and I need your support and commitment to make my life worthy and meaningful, while respecting my right to self-determination and understanding the role of a personal assistant. Good salary (190kr base pay plus 12% vacation compensation) and other employment benefits. Unsocial hours allowance and compliance with collective agreements. For the right person, there is an opportunity for a supervisory role and higher pay.
