We are now seeking a personal assistant for a cheerful young man in his 20s who needs support around the clock. Here you'll find work where your days are filled with activity, experiences, and social interaction—and where you make a real difference every day.
About the Role
You are part of his daily life and participate in the activities and environments where he spends his time. Some days are spent at daily activities, where you as his assistant accompany and support him based on his needs. Your role is to provide security, contribute to structure, and strengthen his self-determination, while also helping with the tasks needed to keep daily life running smoothly.
Work Hours
We offer flexible shifts based on needs:
Round-the-clock shifts or shorter work shifts
Night shifts include waiting time
Extra work as needed, approximately 1–2 shifts per month
Work that suits you if you're seeking flexibility and variety
