Mechanical Assembler / Machine Builder - Arlöv

About the Position Ikett Personalpartner is seeking a mechanical assembler and machine builder who wants to build machines from the ground up in a cohesive team at one of our clients in Arlöv. Do you have experience as a mechanical assembler, machine builder, or perhaps as a service technician and are curious about the next step in your career? Would you rather build new machines than repair old ones? Then this could be the job for you! We are now looking for an engaged and skilled mechanical assembler/machine builder. You are welcome to join a pleasant and knowledgeable team where you together are responsible for building the company's custom-developed special machines – from scratch. In this role, you will work with mechanical assembly based on 3D drawings, assembly instructions, and technical specifications. The work is varied and exciting – and you get to be part of the entire process from component to finished machine. Responsibilities: • Assembly of mechanical components • Interpretation of 3D drawings and assembly instructions • Completion of machines according to technical specifications • Some cable routing may occur Work is scheduled during daytime hours. The position is available for start by mutual agreement. About the Company The company develops, designs, assembles, and installs machines that convert plastic film into bags on rolls. Your Profile We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently. You are skilled and have a good technical understanding. As a person, we see that you are driven and have good problem-solving abilities. You enjoy working in a team, where your colleagues describe you as a helpful and supportive colleague. We believe that you who are applying have completed education within an industrial program, and/or with a mechanical/machine technical focus. Further, we see that you who are applying: - Have knowledge and experience in drawing reading (for example Creo Parametric (2D and 3D)). - Have knowledge and experience in workshop work such as drilling and threading. - Have knowledge and experience in assembly work.
