JohSjö Industri is the "big small" company with around 20 employees. This means you'll become a key person with us, not just a name in a large organization. Decisions are made quickly and the atmosphere is family-like. In total, the JohSjö group has about 80 colleagues working closely together in both electrical and mechanical fields. We are experts in stainless steel and have our own workshop directly connected to the office. What we design, we build! This could range from advanced piping systems for gas turbines to process tanks for the pharmaceutical industry. What your workday might look like: With us, you won't sit isolated in a corner. You'll be part of the entire journey, from initial quote to final delivery. Your primary tasks will include: - Design piping systems, welded structures, and pressure vessels. - Draft in SolidWorks (3D modeling and drawings). - Work on production planning and preparation. - Handle procurement. - Perform technical calculations. - Maintain ongoing dialogue with the workshop team and external inspectors (such as Dekra and Kiwa). We do believe that you: - Have solid knowledge of (or a strong interest in) design and materials. - Are comfortable communicating with both customers and colleagues in both Swedish and English. - Are a team player who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems when they arise. Bonus points if you have experience with: - Pressure equipment or piping installations. - Weld design or calculations. - Production planning and scheduling.
