Job Description Service Description Onsite: 3 to 5 days per week. Start: October Scope: Full-time Your Responsibilities We are now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer for an assignment with our client Siemens Energy in Finspång. You will be part of an R&D group that currently consists of twelve employees responsible for the design and development of new gas turbines. You will drive improvement processes for existing products and support other functions with procurement and manufacturing both internally and externally. We are looking for someone with a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a few years of experience in a relevant field. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, and you have knowledge and experience working with tools such as Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and SAP. Your daily work includes working on improvement proposals for compressor components and handling quality deviations and issues from production and procurement. Your Profile Experience with 3D CAD modeling. Experience working as a mechanical design engineer is highly valued. We also consider it a merit if you have experience with the tools Comos and PLM and have worked on projects in the oil/gas industry.
