The position involves standard work at a Motorcycle Workshop. With us, you'll find an engaging and developmentally diverse mix of tasks. You will primarily perform service, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on motorcycles and ATVs, mainly the brands we sell: Harley-Davidson, KTM, CF Moto, and Polaris. But also other well-known brands. Work is performed in our fresh, well-equipped brand workshop. With high quality on completed work, and in the way we care for our customers. We work in a seasonal industry, which means the pace picks up during spring and summer, so it's important that you are stress-tolerant and enjoy a fast pace. We take great pride in what we do and are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we believe you feel the same way. We would like to see that you have some form of service technical education as a foundation. And/or have experience repairing and servicing motorcycles, machinery, or other types of vehicles. You will get to work with the industry's finest products. We will certify you as a mechanic for these brands. You will have the opportunity over time to take training courses, which we cover, so you become a certified Brand mechanic for our brands. The position is full-time, a permanent employment contract with a monthly salary by agreement. A collective agreement exists; we'd be happy to tell you more when we get the chance to meet. Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with vehicles. You can work completely independently and follow manuals and independently solve your tasks. You are engaged, structured, efficient, and responsible. You are proud of your professional practice and value high work quality and satisfied customers. Since the position involves both internal and external relationships, you understand the importance of being socially outgoing and having good collaboration skills, even under time pressure. You easily absorb new instructions and thrive in a flexible work environment. During recruitment, great importance will be placed on your personal commitment. Driver's License requirements: Category B and A (If you don't have an A license, you should be prepared to obtain one as soon as possible to be able to test drive the vehicles you repair). Good computer skills and quick to learn new systems. Fluent in English but especially Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to read manuals, help customers with troubleshooting, etc. Previous experience in vehicle service/repairs is a merit.
