Work Location: Construction Control Department
We will entrust you with:
performing site construction supervision, ensuring that construction work complies with the technical solutions of the construction project and that materials used comply with the execution documentation
ensuring protection of electrical equipment in the construction site area
monitoring contractors' fulfillment of obligations and compliance with occupational safety requirements, recording and documenting identified deviations and violations in accordance with construction contract conditions
ensuring that the actual work performed and materials used correspond to the work completion certificate
organizing site acceptance commissions and documenting results, ensuring communication and coordinating cooperation between the client, construction project developer, contractor, and relevant structural units of AS "Sadales tīkls"
Apply if you have:
higher education in electrical engineering
state language proficiency at advanced level (C1)
work experience in a field corresponding to the position
good computer skills: MS Office, TRIMBLE NIS (GIS)
Category B driver's license
experience in decision-making and good communication skills
knowledge of technical solutions, electrical equipment, and material technical parameters used by AS "Sadales tīkls", their application and maintenance
knowledge of applicable legal acts and documents regulating the construction supervision field
C level electrical safety certification (desirable)
construction supervision certificate (will be considered an advantage)
