Måvikens Rehabcenter provides care and treatment for individuals with substance abuse disorders and/or mental health issues. We have three facilities and are now seeking 2 new colleagues for our Convalescence Unit. The positions involve day/evening/weekend shifts according to a schedule with every other weekend worked. The degree of employment can be discussed. On our Convalescence Unit, daily work tasks include care in various forms; conversations, social activities, and support with daily activities such as cleaning, hygiene, contact with authorities, and medication administration. We also go on activities and pick up and drive clients, which is why a driver's license is necessary. Qualifications It is a merit if you have training as a nursing assistant, treatment assistant, or social pedagogue, but it is not a requirement. We see that you have an open personality and find it easy to build relationships with people from varying backgrounds. You should be comfortable with setting boundaries and be able to handle conflicts and discussions in a humble manner.
