Greetings from the Preschools' Principal Hi, my name is Ulrika and I am principal for three preschools in Vårberg, Skärholmen District Administration. Now I'm looking for you who are a trained preschool teacher and want to become part of our team! You thrive in a multicultural setting and are a professional at creating trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians. The unit consists of approximately 200 children, the majority of whom are multilingual, and is led by a principal and unit manager. The unit has access to a quality and education leader and special educator. The unit's preschools are: Vårbergsvägen 64, Rönnholmsgränd 42, and Torpgläntan 8. Our preschools are located near public transportation, Lake Mälaren, forests and park areas, and playgrounds. It is important that you see each child's competence, conditions, and needs and want to work with us to create the best preschool operation in a multicultural Skärholmen. As a preschool teacher with us, you create, together with your colleagues, good relationships with the children's guardians through clear communication about the preschool's mission during the introduction period, at parent meetings, and other forums for parent cooperation. Your Competence and Experience We're looking for you who brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and joy to your work. You see each child and take their individual conditions into account. In addition to this, the following qualifications must be met: You are a trained preschool teacher You have very good Swedish in speech and writing You have good knowledge of children's development and learning It is advantageous if you have previous experience with process work/project-oriented work approach. We're looking for you who are proactive, structured, and have a holistic view of your assignment. You have good collaboration skills, create participation for your colleagues, and are calm, even in stressful situations. You should have a good understanding that children absorb and create knowledge in many different ways and can adapt your work approach to suit different individuals and groups. Working in a 100% multilingual way is a given for you. You should also have good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and be able to implement these intentions in practice.
