The Social Administration's Department of Quality and Administrative Support is seeking a Medical Responsible Nurse (MRN) for the quality team. Job Responsibilities As a Medical Responsible Nurse (MRN), you are responsible for following up on work within the framework of the municipal healthcare responsibility, and for ensuring that work is conducted with patient safety and high quality. Furthermore, you are expected to conduct quality improvement work focusing on good and personalized care and to systematically implement and follow up on various processes. You have independent responsibility for the statutory tasks and for developing work methods, procedures, routines and guidelines in healthcare and nursing. You investigate deviations in various forms and contribute with knowledge and training, and you actively work with quality assurance of both new and existing routines. As an MRN, you also have a key role as an advisory and support function for operations in healthcare matters, as well as participating in networks and care collaboration with other healthcare providers. In your role, you will also participate in various types of collaborations and projects. You are an expert in healthcare matters and drive development issues within healthcare. You will be part of the Social Administration's staff and work in close collaboration with the Operations Manager for Healthcare, Operations Developer, Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MRR), Social Responsible Coordinator (SRC), and system administrator. You will become part of an organization where all functions contribute to the whole. Qualifications For this role, you are required to: Be a licensed nurse Have several years of experience in municipal healthcare Have good knowledge of legislation, regulations and other rules for municipal operations and of the municipal organization. Have experience in patient safety work Have a B-category driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience in quality improvement. Personal Qualities As a person, you are organized, clear and have an easy time learning various digital systems. You are independent and have the courage to act according to your own judgment and understanding of the assignment, and have a good ability to collaborate. Furthermore, you are expected to be able to communicate information in different contexts in a pedagogical manner, such as when implementing routines, guidelines or in training settings. You have good analytical ability and a strong interest in patient safety, quality improvement and healthcare matters.
