Your Responsibilities As a medical responsible nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that the health and medical care provided maintains good and safe quality and complies with applicable laws and regulations. You develop, implement, and follow up on guidelines, procedures, and delegations, while systematically working with deviations, lex Maria, and self-inspections. You support operations managers in medical matters and actively contribute to quality and patient safety work. The role also involves being clear support and a guide for nurses in the organization and creating conditions for safe and lawful care. The role includes quality work, and you will drive development issues and work with procedures in the organization. In this assignment, you are expected to contribute to developing and securing quality throughout the organization, strengthen patient safety, and function as a clear link between operations and patients. You are an active part of the management group and drive issues at both strategic and operational levels, with the goal of creating sustainable structures and working methods. Your Qualifications Requirements: • Licensed nurse • Advanced training as a district nurse • Several years of experience working as a nurse • Good knowledge of current legislation in the health and medical care field • Class B driver's license Meritorious: • Experience working in municipal health and medical care • Experience with quality and patient safety work • Experience working as a medical responsible nurse • Experience working in LSS operations We are looking for someone who works structurally and has the ability to plan and prioritize in a varied workday. You communicate clearly and build trust in dialogue with both managers and staff. You have integrity in your assignment and stand firm in your positions.
