Responsibilities
In your role as Medical Director for Rehabilitation (MAR), you will become a central player in the administration's quality and development work.
We have previously done solid work on our health and medical care mission. As Medical Director for Rehabilitation, you are a key person in the administration's continued quality work, where you have development responsibility in the operations by planning, leading, and following up on quality and safety within your area of responsibility. Together with our MAS, you will have primary responsibility for driving the transition to good and nearby care in collaboration with colleagues internally and externally.
Your role includes close collaboration with the MAS and Health Care Strategy specialist, and you report directly to the Administration Director. You are also an adjunct member of the administration's management group, which provides excellent opportunities to influence the operations' development at a strategic level.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist and have good knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field. You have experience with investigative work and strong communication skills in both speech and writing. You have experience working independently with strategic issues and have good insight into municipal operations, either through your own experience or through collaboration with municipalities. It is a merit if you have experience working within a politically governed organization.
As a person, you have the ability to see things with a comprehensive perspective and are quality-conscious in all respects. The position requires that you have the ability to structure, plan, and independently prioritize and drive your work forward. You are also a team player who values good collaboration and has the ability to meet individuals respectfully, and you are skilled at building relationships. As a person, you are secure and stable, communicatively skilled, and can explain things clearly and pedagogically. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability for this position.
Other Information
The municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date by agreement. The position is a permanent full-time employment.
