About the Operation Welcome to our pleasant healthcare center! At the healthcare center, we have doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and a behavioral health team. We offer specialist clinics in areas such as diabetes and wound care. We also have a family center with pediatric nurses, midwives, and open preschool. The healthcare center is divided between two locations, one in Grycksbo and one in Britsarvet, and we work closely together. We work in teams, which means that doctors and nurses meet for daily rounds to plan and address current patient matters. As a medical secretary/healthcare administrator, you will be part of one of the teams, assisting with tasks such as waiting list management and patient scheduling. Job Responsibilities Together with your colleagues, you will have overall responsibility for the daily administration at the healthcare center. As a secretary/healthcare administrator in primary care, you will work with varying tasks such as medical documentation, reception work, referral handling, case management in 1177, and other administrative duties. Qualifications Requirements: You have one of the following: - Medical Secretary Program (120 credits) - Healthcare Administration Program (180 credits) - Vocational healthcare program (400 points) - 1-year post-secondary medical documentation education We are looking for someone who wants varied work where the intensity of tasks can fluctuate.
