The regional clinic also includes the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Safety Team, the Neuropsychiatric CAP Team, and 24-hour care services. What we are looking for We are looking for you who are a trained medical secretary or healthcare administrator with strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have training in diagnosis coding and experience working within healthcare organizations. What you will be working with As a medical secretary, you will become a central part of the CAP team, where collaboration is an important part of the work. You will be offered stimulating and varied work with tasks such as: · Medical documentation in medical record systems · Medical record and referral management · Waitlist management · Scheduling and sending summons · Diagnosis coding · Invoice handling · Orientation of new staff · Development and updating of reference materials and procedures Usual administrative tasks such as mail handling, administrative support, and assignment of system access may also be included. Your orientation will be tailored to your previous knowledge and experience. We offer supervision and skills development based on the organization's needs.
