Primary Care Area South is a base unit with three health centers consisting of Tegs, Hörnefors, and Nordmalings health centers. The base unit also includes PrimÄR, a mobile home visit team. Our health centers have family centers in collaboration with municipalities, and clinical teaching clinics (KUM) are conducted at Tegs Health Center. At Hörnefors Health Center, you will work in a well-functioning team and come to a workplace with great heart and good cohesion. The role includes standard secretarial duties as well as patient administration tasks such as medical documentation, chart writing, and referrals. You work in close collaboration with secretaries and other staff at the health center. You are offered a job where you become an important part of our operations and can make a difference. We place great emphasis on flexibility, service, and teamwork. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, you need to be trained as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator. It is a merit if you have healthcare education and/or experience working in NCS Cross or Cosmic, but it is not a requirement. As a person, you are positive, service-oriented, and responsible. You are good at taking your own initiative and are flexible in your work. You place great emphasis on maintaining high quality in your work, for example in dictation typing. You appreciate the value of good collaboration and contribute to it yourself. You see your work as an important function and recognize the value of using the right expertise. You enjoy participating in change processes. This position requires good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent.
