JOB DUTIES As a swimming pool attendant at Tranås Swimming Hall, you will work in a pleasant and warm work environment with varied tasks. Job duties included in the position are, among other things, facility maintenance, pool supervision, swimming instruction, group water training, and swimming instruction during school pool sessions. Cash register and reception work are also part of the position, as well as contact with associations and other organizations that use our facilities. At Tranås Swimming Hall, fresh facilities are something we always prioritize, which means that facility maintenance is an important part of the job duties and occurs continuously throughout the day. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to support other operations in the administration as needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone who is positive and cheerful with a desire to develop in a team and advance the operations. Experience with swimming hall work, cash register/reception, facility maintenance, and leading groups is a merit but not a requirement. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement for the position. Additionally, a swimming test/lifeguard test will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE Tranås Swimming Hall receives approximately 77,000 visitors per year and operates facilities that include public swimming, swimming lessons for children and adults, school swimming sessions, recreational swimming, and association activities. The swimming hall is centrally located adjacent to a sports hall and green spaces, and features a 25-meter pool with six lanes, a 12.5-meter instruction pool, and a splash pool for the youngest visitors. There is also a bubble pool and sauna for relaxation. Tranås Swimming Hall is part of the Culture and Leisure Administration.
