Substitute Employee for Home Care Services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a substitute, you will work with a fixed rotating base schedule and cover all home care work groups where needed. You will be booked for vacancies the same morning the shift occurs, which makes it important that you are comfortable with a flexible work approach and feel confident working in different work groups from day to day. Additionally, together with a colleague, you will meet at set intervals with unit managers to plan work and develop our working methods. You may also assist with our TES planners and provide support as needed. The purpose of this position is to provide greater stability for both your colleagues and clients by staffing more vacant shifts with regular employees. As a substitute, you do not have a role as a fixed care contact or any ombudsman responsibilities. Work hours are scheduled during day, evening, and every other weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with previous experience in healthcare, good computer skills, and preferably experience with social documentation. It is a merit if you are a trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title. A valid driver's license (Category B) and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are required for this position. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE Home Care helps and supports the municipality's residents who continue to live in their own homes but need support and assistance to have a functioning daily life.
