As an employee, you'll get to work in a varied and fast-paced work environment. You'll have the opportunity to be involved in multiple aspects of our restaurant operations. This means work tasks ranging from producing and serving food, welcoming our guests, being active at the register, and working at the dishwashing station. It will involve creating sustainable food experiences by focusing on quality, food safety, and reducing food waste. With us, we serve something for everyone - breakfast, coffee break, lunch, and dinner. The Food function consists of several different departments such as the customer restaurant, café, staff cafeteria, Bistro, and the Food Store. Our team of about 100 employees works together to exceed our guests' expectations, and we make sure to have fun along the way! About This Work Area The positions we're recruiting for are permanent positions at 80% (32 hours/week). If not already employed at IKEA, we apply a 6-month probationary period. Work shifts are scheduled weekdays and every other weekend, both daytime and approximately 2-3 evenings per week (latest end time 21:00). Start date in September/October or by agreement. We offer salary according to the Handels collective agreement, and in addition to your base salary, you'll also receive overtime supplements. For example, if you work on Saturdays after 12:00, all Sundays, and public holidays, you receive 100% overtime compensation.
