What we offer • A dynamic workplace with opportunities to develop in your professional role • Meaningful work where you make a difference every day • Work in an operation that is open on weekdays and weekends Your role In this role, you will: • Work actively to include children in the activities and strengthen their participation • Support children in their development and create a safe environment where they can grow • Plan and conduct activities in play, movement, and creative expression • Collaborate with guardians, civil society, and associations You also contribute to meeting the goals of the play park strategy and are an important part of the preventive and development work in Järva. The role includes scheduled work on weekends. Your competence and experience We are looking for you who: • Are educated as a leisure pedagogue, preschool teacher, or have other equivalent pedagogical education • Have a strong interest in outdoor pedagogy, ideally as your specialty It is meritorious if you have: • Experience from municipal operations To thrive and succeed in this role, you are a secure and responsible pedagogue with a strong ability to create positive relationships and contribute to an inclusive learning environment. You are social and have good collaboration skills, while also being able to plan, conduct, and take responsibility for your work independently. You contribute to a good work climate and professional operations.
