ABOUT THE JOB We are now seeking two employees for Norrmälm Home Care Services. Within home care, we have a dynamic workplace where we meet new and exciting challenges daily. Our work is to make a difference for those living in their own homes, so that their quality of life is as good as possible. This means that we as employees need to have a professional approach and good demeanor. Your main responsibilities are to provide care and nursing services in individuals' homes. The work involves helping people with personal care, accompaniment, walks, social interaction, and household tasks. You will work with people with different needs and circumstances. You will also take responsibility for different areas and perform documentation using a computer. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. Within Support, Care and Services, we work to make full-time employment the norm. As an employee within home care, you need to be able to work independently under your own responsibility, while at the same time viewing the work group as an asset and having a talent for collaborating with others. Since the work involves traveling by car, it is desirable that you hold a Class B driver's license.
