We are seeking staff members for Internal Services at Mässrestauranger Mässrestauranger provides all food and beverages at Stockholm Mässan in Älvsjö for all events. The company is family-owned and part of Food Family, which includes Mässrestauranger in Stockholm and Malmö, Stadshusrestauranger at Stockholm City Hall, Teaterbaren at Kulturhuset at Sergels Torg, Engsholms Slott on Mörkö, and Great Events Catering at Scandinavian XPO at Arlanda. Passion for food, beverages, and excellent service has defined us for four generations. "Service from Within and Out" is our guiding star, and it starts with all of us. We operate several permanent restaurants in the exhibition facility, but we also set up catering services for each event, buffets for large receptions, bars for evening events, and more. We provide kitchen equipment and all other necessary equipment and materials for various events. We maintain a high level of internal communication and collaborate in advance to ensure superior quality in our delivery to customers and guests. About the Position We are looking for someone who wants to work in Internal Services with a variety of different tasks. The Internal Services department is the cog that keeps our operations running smoothly and handles everything behind the "scenes." Your responsibilities will include: Check-in and check-out as well as receiving our staff members Opening and closing the company Warehouse and logistics (ensuring goods and materials are in the right place at the right time for set-up cafés in the halls, large catering orders, etc.) Service and repairs of our kitchen equipment fleet and assessment of when replacement is needed Ensuring that facilities, loading docks, warehouses, materials, clothing, and equipment are maintained in top condition (You do not need to have knowledge of the equipment fleet or repairs.) Internal Services is responsible for washing work clothes and packing cutlery, dishes, and equipment Competencies and Qualities You are someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and have the ability to prioritize and take own initiative. You enjoy working physically and are willing to go the extra mile when needed. You are practically minded, meticulous, and have good multitasking abilities since many things can happen simultaneously with us. Since Internal Services opens and closes Mässrestauranger, it is essential that you are punctual and appreciate order and organization. You speak and understand Swedish and English fluently and ideally have at least a Category B driver's license and preferably a forklift certificate. About the Position This is a fixed-term position during the fall season Sep-Nov 2026. Working hours are variable, which means you will work daytime, evening shifts, and weekends.
