About the Position Would you like to make everyday life better for residents in Övertorneå? As part of our flexipool, you are an important resource that supports different workplaces within the municipality as needed. This could include working at nursing homes, care facilities/LSS, home care services, preschools, or schools. You'll have a varied everyday where no two days are the same – while also getting the chance to develop professionally, build new connections, and contribute to services that truly make a difference for people. Workplaces and working hours vary depending on operational needs. Qualifications We prefer that you have completed a healthcare and elderly care program or equivalent training or experience, or have a care assistant qualification. Other education involving work with people, such as social pedagogy, leisure pedagogue, or similar, is also desirable. Working in the Flexipool requires the ability to adapt to new work situations, take responsibility and own initiative within your professional role and given boundaries. The work requires great flexibility, and we place great emphasis on your personal suitability and ability to work with others. Most importantly, you want to contribute to a meaningful life for the people our services are intended for. For you to enjoy your work, you need a flexible, curious, and open attitude toward work in an operation where needs can vary day to day. You must be able to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is our working language for tasks such as digital documentation. Experience with digital tools is therefore an advantage. A driver's license (Class B) is a requirement for employment. You must be at least 18 years old. Employment The positions are placed at the HR department and administered by the staffing function. You will receive an introduction. The position is a permanent full-time employment with day/evening/weekend shifts. In addition to monthly salary, a salary supplement will be provided. Probation may be applied.
