The operation consists of a work leader and two staff members. The store is located in Norrtälje city, with additional lending stations planned throughout the municipality. Together, you'll be responsible for creating an inspiring retail environment with a focus on children and youth. Equipment is collected from private individuals, organizations, workplaces, and recycling centers. The operation also includes participants in labor market policy initiatives. You'll mentor them alongside colleagues in a positive and clear manner, with the goal of helping them grow during their time with us. What You Need to Bring Requirements At least 18 years old and upper secondary education Class B driver's license Experience from service industry Good ability to take initiative and meet many different people Meritorious Handy or experience with workshop/service Interest in leisure activities or organizational work Experience working with children and youth Experience working with people far from the labor market For employment, you must be able to provide a criminal record certificate. Employment Type, Scope, and Start Date Employment Type: Permanent Scope: Full-time Start Date: By agreement For this role, the starting salary is normally between 25,000-29,000 kr depending on experience and skills.
