We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today the company has over 1400 employees including nursing assistants, care attendants, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. Are you the one we're looking for? We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual, who respects our customers, and for whom providing the absolute best service is very important. It is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. The position is a flexible part-time role (hourly), but we prefer that you work rotating schedules, working at least every other weekend plus some shifts per week. We have 3 units, one where we drive and two where we cycle or walk, so we are looking for staff both with and without a driver's license. As an hourly substitute, you can work at all the units.
