Home care is a service that includes various forms of support and services provided in the individual's own home or equivalent, with the aim of enabling as independent a life as possible. Customers receiving home care services have different needs, ranging from only alarm systems and service assistance to extensive care needs or end-of-life care. The home care organization includes several different operations across the municipality's various locations. We work with a fixed care contact and our operations are characterized by a rehabilitative and salutogenic approach to maintain the health of each customer. Mjölby Municipality's home care is divided into seven different areas grouped primarily by geography, with the exception of Area 1 (home support) and Area 7 (night patrol), which operate throughout Mjölby Municipality. Now we are seeking employees for our home care organization - for both permanent positions and monthly contracts. 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES Your role as a nursing assistant or care aide involves actively working with patient care, rehabilitation training, and everyday rehabilitation to ensure that users have a secure, pleasant, and meaningful life. Your tasks include delegated health and medical care duties as well as documentation, and you will be an active participant in our development work. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires: • You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written • You can ride a bicycle It is advantageous if you also have: • B-class driver's license • Nursing assistant education (with certification for protected job title) • Experience working systematically with written documentation, incident reports, care plans, quality, procedures, and quality registers • Experience working in the Lifecare system • Previous work experience in home care We are looking for someone who has the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and appreciate others' contributions. Furthermore, you can write clearly, concisely, and in a well-structured manner. The position requires that you have the ability to follow instructions, procedures, legal requirements, and policies, as well as adhere to established schedules.
