At Home Care in Kungsholmen, you are part of a team effort to ensure that our elderly residents in Kungsholmen have a functioning daily life and where we make a difference in people's lives every day.
We operate from two centrally located offices, one on Kronobergsgatan near Fridhemsplan and one on Wivalliusgatan in Marieberg – both close to bus and subway. The unit consists of approximately 60 permanent employees and is led by two unit managers, together with coordinators, an administrator, and a documentation officer.
Now we're looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute or cover shifts as needed – and who shares our desire to make a difference for the elderly.

Your role
As a nursing assistant in home care, you are a key person in many people's lives.
You meet the elderly in their homes and provide support in daily life – always with a focus on safety, participation, and self-determination. With the goal that the elderly person can continue to live at home as long as possible.
You work based on care decisions and are responsible for providing services that promote the individual's ability and quality of life.
The work also includes responding to safety alarms, documenting services according to applicable guidelines, and participating in coordinated individual planning meetings (SIP).
You work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and the home rehabilitation team – always with the individual at the center.
Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
Secondary education in a nursing program, healthcare, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
good computer skills
experience with documentation
good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
We place special emphasis on the following personal abilities and skills: You have commitment and a desire to make a difference. You have a good ability to collaborate with others. As a person, you are secure and stable, with a good ability to adapt to new circumstances. You listen and adapt to the recipient and the situation. You are attentive and accommodating in your interactions, with a desire and ability to help others. A police record clearance will be required prior to any employment.
