Do you want to work in a practical and varied role within the wood industry? We are now seeking a production worker for our client just outside Varberg to work with the manufacturing of prefabricated walls. Here you will have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. About the Position As a production worker in wood manufacturing, you will work with the manufacturing of prefabricated walls based on drawings. The work includes handling tools, machines, and materials as well as ensuring that production maintains high quality and is delivered according to schedule. Start is immediate and the assignment initially runs until the end of November, with good opportunity for extension. Work hours are during daytime: Monday-Thursday 05:50-15:00 Friday 05:50-13:10 Selections are made on an ongoing basis, which means that the position may be filled before the application deadline has passed. Responsibilities Assembly and production of prefabricated wall elements according to drawings Safe handling of machines, tools, and equipment Ensure that work is performed according to quality and productivity requirements Deliver production according to established schedules Activelyparticipate in improvement work within environment, workplace environment, quality, and productivity Contribute to a good and pleasant work environment We are Looking for Someone Who Has good physical condition and enjoys practical work Has previous experience with similar work in construction, wood industry, or carpentry Is flexible and takes responsibility Is a team player with good collaboration skills Is thorough and quality-conscious Has basic computer skills Works with good judgment and a strong safety mindset Qualifications Experience in construction, wood industry, or carpentry is an advantage Knowledge in blueprint reading Good tool handling experience Basic mathematical skills Computer proficiency Class B driver's license Forklift certification is an advantage but not required Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written About the Company Unilflex is one of Sweden's leading staffing and recruitment companies with over 20 years of experience matching the right competence with the right workplace.
