We offer you a chance to make an important contribution! Job Description We are now seeking an employee for an LSS group home. The residence contains 7 apartments and a common area for social interaction. You work based on the residents' needs and wishes. Your tasks include motivating, guiding and assisting in various daily situations such as personal care, laundry, cleaning, maintaining social contacts and relationships. Work at the unit involves support for people with intellectual disabilities and people with diagnoses within the autism spectrum who are in an aging phase of life. It is important to have a holistic perspective regarding the individual and their situation. We value the individual's self-determination and integrity. In your work, you need to be able to collaborate well with others. Qualifications You are trained as a nursing assistant, support pedagogue, or have other equivalent education that the employer considers relevant. Requirements for the position are experience in the relevant professional field, and we would like to see that you have experience working in a supportive capacity with people in an aging phase of life. The role also requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and language comprehension. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude towards your work and who enjoys meeting people. As a person, you have a care and service perspective and can adapt your work to the needs of different care recipients in different situations. You are accustomed to working based on clarifying pedagogy and taking your own initiatives. The work requires that you are flexible, responsible and have good collaborative skills. B-driver's license with manual transmission is a requirement. Good computer skills are also something the employer considers a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
