Agricultural Equipment Operator/Manager

We are a family agricultural company with more than 30 years of tradition in the region. We operate on 1,000 hectares of land and focus on crop production. We are looking for a mechanizer who will take responsibility for machinery and its daily functioning. This is not an office position. We are looking for a practical person who understands machinery, can handle challenges during the season, and can ensure that equipment is ready at the right time in the right place. What you will be responsible for Organizing machinery deployment during sowing, harvesting, and other field work Maintenance of more than 10 pieces of agricultural equipment Monitoring the technical condition of machinery and planning maintenance Handling repairs in cooperation with the service provider Monitoring fuel consumption and efficient use of machinery Coordinating workers operating the machines Oversight of work safety What we expect Experience in crop production and working with agricultural machinery Technical skills and independence Organizational abilities – ability to plan work and set priorities Communication skills – clearly assign tasks and communicate with the team and service providers Responsible approach and natural authority Driver's license categories B, T Basic computer skills (record-keeping, reports) What we offer Stable environment of a family company with more than 30 years of tradition Starting salary from 36,500 Kč + performance bonuses during the training period After the probation period, opportunity for salary increase based on assumed responsibility and achieved results Long-term perspective and job security
