Injection Mold Setup Mechanic

Job Responsibilities: This position involves work on a plastic injection molding floor. As an Injection Mold Setup Mechanic, you will ensure the smooth operation and quality of the production process on injection molding machines. Your duties include preparing molds for molding, clamping molds onto machines, setting machine parameters and continuously monitoring and adjusting them, handling molds, materials, and other related tasks. Required Knowledge and Skills - Vocational or secondary technical education (preferably mechanical engineering) - Certification to operate material handling vehicles and lifting equipment - Basic computer skills - Independence, active and responsible approach to work tasks - Advantageous: previous experience in the same or similar position and knowledge of the automotive environment WE OFFER: A stable Czech engineering company environment, work in a friendly team, work in continuous operation (12-hour shifts with two 30-minute breaks, rotating weekly schedules), contract extension to indefinite duration, meal voucher allowance, 5 weeks of vacation, 3 sick days, and additional benefits. Salary will be specified based on work experience. We are interested in long-term collaboration, however the initial contract is always for a fixed term of 6 months.
