Mechanics and Repairers of Agricultural, Industrial, and Other Machinery and Equipment

ALIMEX NEZVĚSTICE a.s. is seeking a candidate for the position of machinery and equipment mechanic to join our team. The machinery and equipment mechanic will perform a wide range of repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment for both crop and livestock production needs. The profession is performed primarily in repair workshops. What awaits you in this position • Diagnostics and repair of agricultural mechanization failures • Regular inspections and maintenance of machinery (primarily New Holland brands) • Daily collaboration with mechanizers and other repairers • Occasional assistance in resolving acute failures at livestock production facilities • Compliance with safety standards and procedures in all work activities • Work in a progressively modernizing and better-equipped repair workshop What we expect from you • Technical education – specializing in agricultural machinery or automobile repairs • Experience in agricultural equipment repair or in the automotive field • Driver's licenses categories B and T required (category C advantageous) • Welding and machinery certifications advantageous (opportunity to obtain) • Time flexibility, independence, attention to detail, and technical aptitude We offer employment in a large, successful, stable, and continuously developing agricultural company that respects its employees, offers them opportunities for continuous self-realization, and supports them in their professional and career growth.
