About the Role As a Mechanical Engineer, you will become a vital part of the R&D team within Cleaning and Disinfection in Växjö, where you will work on design modifications, technical investigations, and the development of mechanical solutions for medical device products. You will lead design activities, develop technical documentation, create and review test specifications, and ensure that solutions meet functional, regulatory, and user-related requirements. The team works cross-functionally and is in an expansive phase with a focus on innovation, quality, and safe solutions for healthcare and life science. We are looking for someone with an academic degree in engineering, such as a civilingenjör (Master's in Engineering) or högskoleingenjör (Bachelor's in Engineering), and at least two years of experience in mechanical engineering. You have experience in product development within cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of mechanical design, technical documentation, and verification. As a person, you are self-driven, organized, and solution-oriented, with the ability to drive technical issues forward in close collaboration with others.
