Job Responsibilities The position includes, among other things: Service, maintenance, and repair of motorcycles and passenger cars. Troubleshooting and diagnostics. Engine and transmission work. Timing belt and clutch replacements. Brake, steering, and chassis work. Installation of spare parts and accessories. Tire service and wheel work. Delivery service and preparation of new and used vehicles. Insurance repairs and damage assessments. Customer reception and customer contact. Sales of motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and workshop services. Handling of work orders and simple administration. Spare parts handling and warehouse work. Contribute to order, quality, and development of the workshop. Since we are a growing company, all occurring work tasks within the business may be included in the position. This means that in addition to technical work, you may also work with customer reception, sales, spare parts, accessories, warehouse management, and other tasks that contribute to the company's development. We are therefore looking for a flexible and service-oriented person who enjoys varied work and wants to be an important part of our team. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has at least three years of training as a vehicle technician or other equivalent documented education. Has documented experience with service and repair of both motorcycles and passenger cars. Has good computer skills. Speaks Swedish and English well, both spoken and written. Holds a B driver's license. Holds an A license, as test driving motorcycles is a natural part of the work. Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. Can work independently while also functioning well in a team. Has a professional demeanor and a good sense of customer service. Has a genuine interest in motorcycles, cars, and technology. Is comfortable giving advice to customers and selling motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories when needed. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We're looking for someone who is positive, engaged, solution-oriented, and has a high work ethic.
