As an Operations Manager at MAX, you are a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead the team on site, ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level in terms of quality, pace and service. You have an overview of the entire operation: from kitchen and register to dining room and outdoor seating. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where work satisfaction, community and development are at the center. We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to inspire others. You are a role model who leads by being present, engaged and solution-focused.
