Now we're looking for you to help create world-class service experiences with every visit. As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level—in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work in a team with varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and manage the register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training. Main responsibilities Serve guests, provide respectful treatment, and create world-class service experiences Keep the restaurant clean and tidy Prepare burgers, smoothies, and fries in the kitchen Manage the register and ensure guests receive their orders Work in a team and support your colleagues What do we offer? For our restaurant employee positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you submit your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of various situations that can occur in everyday work at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This gives you an early, good sense of what it's like to work for us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified by email. We process applications on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we therefore cannot move forward with candidates who do not complete the test.
