As an Operations Manager at MAX, you're a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead the team on-site, ensure our guests receive the best possible service, and make sure the restaurant always delivers at the highest level – in terms of quality, pace, and service. You have oversight of the entire operation: from kitchen and register to dining room and outdoor seating. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where job satisfaction, community, and growth are at the center.

Main Responsibilities
Lead and coach the team in daily operations
Ensure guests receive a world-class service experience
Plan, staff, and train across all areas of the restaurant
Oversee the kitchen, register, dining area, and outdoor environment
Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, fresh, and welcoming
