About the role As a surveyor or survey engineer at this company, you will become an important part of a larger construction project in Luleå. The role is entirely focused on surveying and you work close to production to ensure that work is carried out with high precision throughout the project's different phases. The first part of the project will have a major focus on piling work. You are responsible for measuring out where the piles should be placed and carry out control measurements after installation to ensure that they are in the right position, at the right height and with the right inclination. You also work with measurements related to surrounding buildings to monitor movements and ensure that construction is carried out with consideration for the existing environment. As the project progresses, you will also work with measurement and setting out related to the property's continued construction. The work combines fieldwork and office work. In the field, you use modern surveying instruments such as GPS and total stations, while in the office you work with survey data, models and CAD to process and quality assure materials. Examples of work tasks Perform setting out and control measurement in connection with piling work. Ensure that piles are placed according to drawings and meet requirements for position, height and inclination. Measure and monitor surrounding buildings to check for any movements during production. Perform setting out and surveying during the property's continued construction. Process and handle survey data, models and CAD materials. Work with modern surveying instruments such as GPS and total stations. Document and quality assure measurement results in close cooperation with other parties in the project. Mandatory requirements Education as a surveyor, survey engineer or other relevant education in surveying. Experience of surveying work through employment, internship or work experience. Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written. Experience of or knowledge in one of the most common surveying programs, for example CAD, BIM or similar. Class B driving license.
